As your manufacturing operation grows, your raw materials will inevitably spread across different physical locations. You might keep primary supplies in your workshop closet, while bulk overstock sits in a garage or rented storage unit. WeCraft ERP tracks exactly where every ounce of material is physically located.
Active Warehouses & Shelving Sites
To manage your physical locations, navigate to the Inventories & Warehouses and click on the Warehouses & Transfer tab.
On the left side of this dashboard, you will see a list of all your active shelving sites (e.g., Main Workshop Closet, Garage Storage Bay B). For each physical location, WeCraft ERP monitors:
- Occupied Space: How full the location is relative to its maximum capacity.
- Volume Status: A percentage indicating remaining available shelving.
- Located Raw Materials: A list of exactly what materials are physically assigned to that specific spot.
If you lease a new storage space or build a new rack, you can register it using the Add New Location panel at the bottom right.
Stock Transfer Routing
When you physically move a box of raw materials from the garage to your active workshop floor, you must log that movement in the system so your production batches pull from the correct location.
- Locate the Stock Transfer Routing panel on the right side of the dashboard.
- Choose the specific material from the Select Ingredient dropdown.
- Select where you are pulling the material from via the Source Warehouse dropdown.
- Select where you are moving it to via the Destination Warehouse dropdown.
- Enter the exact Transfer Weight / Count.
- Click the Relocate Physical Stock button.
The system will instantly deduct the weight from the source warehouse's capacity limit and allocate it to the destination, ensuring your spatial audits remain perfectly accurate.
