  • Account Information: We securely authenticate users utilizing Firebase Authentication. We store your basic profile information such as name and email.
  • Financial and Inventory Data: Information you input regarding your business operations, including stock levels, purchase orders, invoices, and sales transactions.
  • Third-Party Connected Data: Data retrieved securely via OAuth Webhooks from connected storefronts including Shopify, Faire, Etsy, and Square.
  • Uploaded Documents: Images and PDFs of receipts, utility bills, and invoices uploaded to our AI Bookkeeping Engine.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to provide, maintain, and improve the WeCraft ERP service. We use your financial and inventory data exclusively to render your dashboard analytics, generate ledgers, and automate your workflow.

3. AI Processing and Data Sharing

When you use the WeCraft AI Bookkeeping Engine, the documents you upload (such as receipts) are securely transmitted to Google Cloud's Gemini AI models for optical character recognition and parsing. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. does not use your private financial documents to train global public AI models. Data processed by the Gemini API is subject to Google's enterprise privacy terms, ensuring it is used strictly for fulfilling your immediate request.

4. Data Security

We implement robust cloud security measures. Your financial and operational data is encrypted at rest and in transit within our Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. Authentication is handled by enterprise-grade providers to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting partners and payment processors like Stripe) strictly for the purpose of operating our business. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
