Understanding how WeCraft ERP connects to your storefronts.
WeCraft ERP utilizes real-time, event-driven webhooks to synchronize your physical inventory with your digital storefronts. Unlike legacy software that runs daily polling schedules, our architecture listens for events the millisecond they happen. When a customer completes checkout on your storefront, that platform immediately securely pushes an event payload directly to the WeCraft server.
We tie everything together using Universal SKU Matching. As long as your product SKU on Shopify, Faire, Etsy, or Square matches the SKU of your master recipe in WeCraft, our system instantly maps the sale and deducts the exact raw material fractions required to build the sold products using atomic database operations.
orders/create webhook. When an order is confirmed, we parse the line items and sync your bill of materials.receipt.created event via the official Etsy v3 API. This guarantees that your raw materials are deducted the moment a handmade item is purchased.order.created events and fetch the full transaction details via the Square Orders API. This keeps your digital ledger identical to your physical booth sales, deducting raw materials line-by-line based on your SKUs.Please read carefully
While webhooks are designed to be instantaneous, they rely on the global internet. Network latency, extreme server load during holiday rushes, or throttling mechanisms enforced by Shopify, Faire, or Etsy can cause synchronization delays. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. is not liable for data reconciliation delays caused by internet traffic congestion.
WeCraft ERP is a secondary system connected to your primary storefronts. If Shopify, Faire, Etsy, or Square experiences a catastrophic server outage, their systems may fail to send the required webhooks to our servers. In the event of a missed webhook, WeCraft cannot deduct your inventory.
User Responsibility: Users are strictly responsible for conducting periodic manual inventory audits. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. accepts no financial liability for overselling products, manufacturing delays, or lost revenue resulting from third-party API outages or failed webhook deliveries.
