Welcome to Vercos ERP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vercos application and related services provided by WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
Vercos ERP is a business management and tracking tool, NOT a certified accounting service or tax preparation software. Any calculations, line item suggestions, profit margins, or T2125 tax form suggestions provided by the software are for informational purposes only. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. is not a certified public accountant (CPA). Users are solely and strictly responsible for verifying all financial data and consulting with a licensed tax professional before submitting any information to local or federal tax authorities. We assume no liability for tax penalties, audits, or miscalculations.
Vercos ERP integrates third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) to parse receipts, extract data, and suggest expense categories. Due to the experimental nature of AI, the extracted data may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors.
You agree that it is your strict responsibility to manually review, verify, and approve all AI-extracted transactions before they are committed to your permanent ledger. WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. accepts no liability for financial losses or auditing discrepancies resulting from AI misclassification or extraction errors.
WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. may offer a "Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee" for certain subscription plans. This guarantee ensures that your subscription price remains locked at the rate established at the exact moment of your initial subscription. This guarantee is strictly contingent upon your account remaining active and in good standing without interruption.
WeCraft Tech Solutions Inc. reserves the absolute right to increase or modify subscription pricing for new users at any time and at our sole discretion. Furthermore, if you cancel your subscription, allow your account to lapse, or otherwise terminate your active status, you shall forfeit any previously locked pricing. Should you choose to reactivate or return to the service at a later date, you will be subject to the current market pricing and terms in effect at the time of your return.
Our service connects to third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Faire, Etsy, Square) via API Webhooks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these external services. Any data disruptions caused by third-party API outages are beyond our control.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and process your data. By using the service, you consent to our data practices.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
