Selling across multiple channels is great for revenue, but a nightmare for inventory tracking—unless you integrate them. WeCraft ERP integrates seamlessly with all your major storefronts through the Orders Sync Center.
The Multi-Channel Sync Engine
Navigate to Orders Sync Center in the left sidebar and click on the Multi-Channel Sync tab.
This dashboard is your command center for broadcasting raw and recipe stock counts instantly across your selling channels' catalog endpoints. If you ever need to manually push your WeCraft inventory numbers to your websites, simply click the green Sync Stock Levels Now button.
Live Inventory Rules
Enabling our premium sync engine prevents overselling and protects your reputation. The engine performs continuous checkups using two strict rules:
- Auto-Draft Order Decrease: When a sale is synced from Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon, WeCraft ERP automatically parses the purchased components and subtracts them from your active warehouse stock inside of 60 seconds.
- Catalog Reconciliation: If your WeCraft stock counts hit critical re-order limits, all active platforms immediately receive a signal that sets the channel listing limits to low status, preventing unfillable orders.
Monitoring Channel Stock
On the left side of the dashboard, you can monitor exactly what WeCraft is telling your storefronts. For each product (e.g., Classic Leather Wallet), you will see the independent inventory numbers pushed to each channel, such as Etsy Active Stock and Shopify Live Stock.
