Managing External Access
WeCraft Partners allows you to securely invite external advisors like your CPA, fractional CFO, or e-Commerce consultant directly into your workspace.
Rather than sending them CSV exports or giving them your master login credentials, you can grant them dedicated Partner Access. This gives them a read-only, persona-specific dashboard tailored to their needs (e.g., accountants get the Audit & Export Hub, consultants get the Margin & Velocity metrics).
How to Generate an Invite Link
To invite a partner:
- Navigate to the Settings & Support page from your bottom left navigation menu.
- Scroll down to the Partner & Agency Access section.
- Click the Generate Invite Link button.
- A unique, secure link will be generated. Copy this link and send it directly to your CPA or consultant.
- Once they click the link, they will be prompted to create their own secure login.
Revoking Access
You remain in complete control of your data. If you ever stop working with a consultant, you can navigate back to this exact settings page and instantly revoke their access.
